1. Research
This is everything and should be your starting point. You can’t have a good interview if you don’t know what the company is about, who you’re speaking with and what they care about.
2. How can you contribute?
I always tell my clients: ‘Focus on what you can contribute to the company. Not on what you can gain.’
A company has a specific need they’re looking to solve. How can you solve these problems for the company?
3. Practise
All these questions can be prepared in advance. You can be in control of the answers you give. Before preparing ask yourself this question:
