Outplacement is a service offered by employers that helps employees with new career opportunities. This can be because of a redundancy, restructuring or by mutual agreement.
The outplacement services of Job in The Netherlands offer a comprehensive and results driven trajectory for your employees.
If employees need to be made redundant they can get a transitievergoeding or ontslagvergoeding.
This is mandatory if the employee needs to be let go without this being him or her fault. Think about a redundancy because of economic reasons.
The transitievergoeding is a fee that helps strenghten the position of your employees on the job market. They can use this to start their own company, follow a specific course or make use of an outplacement service.
The transitievergoeding needs to be spend on work-related activities.
The amount of the transitievergoeding depends on the number of years of employement, the last salary, age and the size of your company.

Insider knowledge from a former recruiter
How many outplacement companies actually work with coaches who hired people themselves? – Not many! I’m sharing how leading companies in The Netherlands hire people. So your employees can benefit! I’ve screened thousands of resumes and made just as much decisions on who gets interviewed and who doesn’t.
Focus on real results
The ongoing support and accountability with a clear goal is how you see the biggest changes in a job search. The biweekly coaching sessions and ongoing Whatsapp support is what keeps your employees engaged, while leaving enough room to implement the new insights into their daily life.
A loving mirror and support
I will guide and support your employees in the process from redundancy to a new job offer. I will help identifying their strenghts and skills and how they can best present their value to employers.
Specialized in international employees
A job search for non-Dutch speakers is different than for Dutch speakers. A person needs to identify companies that hire internationals and maybe offer Visa sponsorship as well. It comes with different challenges. I’m specialized in hiring at international companies, but also in helping people find work at these companies.
Access to the Online Career Accelerator
Your employee will get access to an online academy. The academy is filled with video lessons on how to find a job in The Netherlands.
Hi! I’m Anouk
I’ve worked as a recruiter for many international companies in The Netherlands. I’ve been doing this since 2015 and since then I’ve hired hundreds of people in The Netherlands.
After my Masters in Social Psychology I’ve specialized in recruitment. I’ve worked for multinationals such as Booking.com and PVH (Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein), but also for fast growing startups such as Flexport and Miro.
I know how hard it can be to made redundant and find new work in The Netherlands. The aim of the Career Accelerator is to make this process easier, faster, more fun and profitable!
Personal facts: My favorite city in The Netherlands is Amsterdam. I’ve lived in every district, except for The North! I love cycling along the canals and having my favorite drink: a coconut coffee. You can also find me working remote from the South of Spain for my portion of sunshine!
